I don’t normally leave reviews, but Juan absolutely deserves one. He is, without a doubt, one of the best store managers I’ve ever met. From the moment you walk in, he treats you with respect, takes the time to explain everything, and genuinely cares about making sure you’re taken care of. Juan runs this Tires Plus like a well-oiled machine. His professionalism, leadership, and attention to detail are second to none. You can tell he sets a high standard because the entire team reflects it. It’s rare to find someone who is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also honest, patient, and willing to go above and beyond for every customer. If every business had a manager like Juan, customer service would be on a whole different level. He makes you feel like you’re more than just another customer—he makes sure you leave confident that your vehicle was in the best hands possible. Tires Plus is lucky to have him leading the store. Juan is the kind of manager every company wishes they had, and I’ll gladly continue bringing my business here because of him. Five stars isn’t enough—he deserves ten.

I’m am beyond grateful for the service I got today at Tires Plus. Leonard was the gentleman behind the counter and he was wonderful. He made sure that everything that needed to be fixed to get my daughter’s car up and running safely again was brought to my attention. He and the technician Willam truly made this whole experience one that I know my daughter and I will be forever grateful for. They truly care about the safety of my child and went way above and beyond for her. Thank you so much gentleman for putting my girls safety first and moving mountains for us. Willam sir you are an awesome technician and person for all you did and we appreciate you! I can’t recommend these guys enough. If you need someone you can trust and who will put the you first these guys are it! My daughter will be a life long customer from this day on!

I had an oil change today 6/24th at location on Atlanta Hwy. Young man name Juan his customer service was beyond exceptional. I explained my situation that I need my oil change and need not to wait a long time and I was out in an hour. Overall the store atmosphere was excellent. Once again thank you Juan.

This is probably the craziest Google review you’ll ever read, and you may think I’m the dumbest person on the planet—or both! Tires Plus isn’t just great with tires; they’re also apparently experts at retrieving lost rings. Today, I set my rings on my dashboard while putting on hand sanitizer. As you can probably guess, they slid right into the abyss between my windshield and dashboard. Yes, I know—it wasn’t my brightest moment. The incredible staff at Tires Plus spent over an hour trying to help me recover them. They were able to retrieve one of my rings, and I am beyond grateful for the time, effort, and kindness they showed. Unfortunately, the other ring is likely still trapped somewhere inside the dash and may be gone for good. Even so, I can’t say enough good things about the team. They went above and beyond to help me with a problem that had absolutely nothing to do with tires. Their willingness to help and determination to try meant so much to me. Thank you again to everyone at Tires Plus. I’ll definitely be back—hopefully next time only for tire-related issues!

I got tires and alignment from tires plus and dealt with Steve and Juan they both provided excellent customer service. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the restrooms were dirty, and the show room itself could use a good cleaning. I still recommend them!
